Please tell us a little about your pets personality and skills : I have various terrapins of different sizes and genders. Red eared sliders, Yellow belly’s and Mississippi map turtles. Some are the size of a dinner plate, some the size of a saucer. Rupert the smallest and would fit in the palm of your hand. They vary in age from 4 -35 years. They are all rescues apart from one little one, Rupert, who’s egg we dug up from the garden and hatched, here in an incubator. Rupert is the youngest at 4 years old.
They all live in a heated, purpose built pond.
They’ve been filmed before as they’ve stared on ’BBC’s Fern and Rory’s vet tales.
These guys are so chilled, they love nothing better than basking in the sun around the edge of the pond. They’re very relaxed and used to being handled.
