Passed Kennel Club Good Citizen Scheme Bronze, Silver & Gold all at first attempt. Winner of Regional “Scrufts” Good Citizen Obedience Category 2015 – attended Discover Dogs for the final in October 2015.
Windy was part of the first ever UK Stunt Dog Display Team at the National Pet Show at Birmingham NEC in November 2017. With reference to how she is environmentally with crowds, flashes etc. – well she performed a backstawl in the middle of the NEC and held it perfectly while she got a prolonged round of applause
KC Agility Grade 6 (won out at each grade from Grade 1 in 13 months

Now adding competing in competitive obedience and canine freestyle (all totally force free positive training) to her repertoire. Very experienced in different locations, and environments at shows, demos and competitions.
Windy is super smart. If there’s a behaviour she doesn’t already know, her owner/teammate can teach it her in a short space of time.
She loves all people and is social, but not super interested in other dogs. She wouldn’t be able to work with rabbits/small furries or sheep.
It’s near impossible to list every trick she knows after all everything we ask our dogs to do is a trick i.e. sit, stand, etc) but listed is the usual suspects – if there’s anything you specifically want to know if she can do, or would like her to learn, please just ask.
Sit, down, stand, stay, recall, nose on target, give paw, lift each paw independently on cue, paws up, go to a mark, leave food, spin, twist, beg, play dead, feet on feet, cock leg, bow, stand on back legs, (both stand tall and in a sit pretty), go around object, walk backwards, roll over, relax on side, roll up in blanket, vault off a wall/a back/my chest, backstawl, leg weaves (fig of 8) front/back/side to side, lateral leg weaves, weave through my arms, jump my leg/back/through my arms, backstawl, paws up on my feet and pivot 360 over my legs, cross paws (both directions), hold (stationary and moving) basketball slam dunk, moonwalk, crawl forward and back, jump up sand balance on pretty much anything (parkour), fetch her pillow and head down “sleepy”, can-can, empty the washing machine into the basket then close the washing machine door, skateboard, bark on cue, round handler both directions, rewind, pray, scentwork/mantrailing (she has an amazing “Span” nose), handstand, cover your yes, open and hide in a suitcase.
Windy is happy to wear any costume! She is clicker trained. She is adept at acting as a demo dog – both fully prepped as in her owner\\\\\\\'s instructor training classes, and spontaneously as proven when she was selected to work with her owner\\\\\\\'s training heroine Denise Fenzi at the recent UK seminar.
She is probably the calmest, sanest Springer you’ll ever met – she is a kind, gentle well-mannered soul who has an amazing work ethic, is incredibly fit and at times appears to have “lived before”. She has a wonderful gift of picking up emotions and upset and knowing how to just snuggle in to comfort, or do something random to make you laugh.
Windy travels well and has a Pet Passport, so is available for work both in the UK and beyond.
